Finding YOUR peace can be a difficult task-it is different for everyone. I am so grateful and blessed that I have found mine-Yoga. Whether I am practicing yoga on my own or teaching one of my classes-I feel peaceful, happy, and most of all content. When I started down my journey of becoming a yoga instructor, I wasn’t sure it was what I wanted to do but I loved it enough to set aside my fears and GO FOR IT! Searching for YOUR peace does not have to be a big project-just start doing things that you love and you never know what you might learn about yourself. Happy Sunday!
